The Vogue Philippines Anniversary Gala was a commemoration of the first full year that the magazine has been present in the country. A distinguished set of guests were invited to celebrate through a six-hands culinary journey—prepared by chef Margarita Fores, and Shangri-La BGC’s chefs Carlo Huerta and Joris Ryken—and to a multisensorial exhibit wherein the September 2023 cover was unveiled later in the night.
Among those on the guestlist were esteemed business leaders and trailblazers who have all made an impact in their respective fields such as Ana Lorenzana De Ocampo, Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho, Inno Sotto, and Mario Katigbak. The event was also graced by sisters Menchu Menchaca-Soriano and Doody Menchaca-Tuason, who have been a mainstay in the country’s social scene thanks to their decades-long contributions in the world of fashion and interior design respectively.
