Jennie Kim’s Collaboration With Lily Rose Depp And The Weeknd Is The Internet’s Most Anticipated Track

The BLACKPINK singer released the song “One Of The Girls” as part of her HBO series The Idol’s official soundtrack.

From the sold-out Born Pink World Tour and being the first Asian girl group to headline at Coachella, to getting the role in the new HBO series The Idol and making her debut at the Met Gala, Jennie Kim has been busy showcasing her talents to the world. The singer and actress is trending again because of her latest release, “One Of The Girls.”

The song is a collaboration between the South Korean star and her Idol co-stars Lily Rose Depp and The Weeknd. Following the announcement made by The Weeknd on Twitter, fans of the singer expressed their anticipation of the single as it was Jennie’s first music release outside of BLACKPINK in five years.

The sensuous, synth-led song is the first of three tracks in The Idol Episode 4 (Music From The Original HBO Series), which also includes a solo by The Weeknd and another collaboration with Depp, The Weeknd, and Ramsey.

Jenne’s first music foray outside of her global superstar group was in 2018, when she released a track aptly titled “Solo.” She also has an unreleased track, “You And Me,” which she sings regulalry at BLACKPINK concerts, and most recently at the Chanel 2022/2023 Métiers d’Art Dakar Show in Japan.
