The actor and husband Ryan Reynolds have welcomed a new child into the world.
It’s been a tremendously eventful weekend, from New York Fashion Week’s non-stop viral runway moments (animalistic facial prosthetics spring to mind here), to Rihanna’s second pregnancy announcement while shutting down her Super Bowl half-time performance. But RiRi isn’t the only one with baby news. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds made a subtle announcement on Instagram that their fourth child has already been born.
On Lively’s latest Instagram post to celebrate the Super Bowl festivities, the actor shared an image where her baby bump was noticeably absent. But instead of giving away any details the Hollywood star cheekily captioned the carousel of images with a cryptic, “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023🥘 🍲 🥧 been busy,” in reference to a commercial for her mixer company, Betty Buzz, which aired during the Puppy Bowl—a show encouraging people to support animal shelters.
Lively—who married Reynolds in 2012 and is also mother to James, Inez and Betty—revealed they were expecting their fourth child in September at the 10th annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit. Time will only tell if we get a glimpse of the new baby soon.
