The Best Celebrity Halloween Costumes This Year

These stars leaned into costumes that were campy, glamorous, and spooky of course.

Every spooky season, celebrities come to slay with their costumes. With stylists at their disposal, A-listers simply must deliver. (Someone who always does? Heidi Klum, the queen of Halloween.) Though the holiday is officially on Monday, many will be celebrating this weekend, and we’ve already seen a handful of stars share first glimpses of their costumes. Overall, they’re leaning into ensembles that are campy, glamorous, and of course, terrifying.

One of the first to get into the scary spirit this season was Megan Thee Stallion. On her Instagram, the rapper posted a photo of herself with a giant pumpkin on her head, casually sipping a mimosa and reading a book. On Hailey Bieber’s Instagram page, Kylie Jenner made a cameo as a green witch soaking in a bathtub, with a skeleton. For Doja Cat’s 27th birthday this past week, there also appeared to have been a costume dress code: Stars like Bieber and Kendall Jenner showed up in black lace getups (very Eyes Wide Shut), while Doja herself sported white face paint, a golden eye mask, and a giant feathered headpiece.

With Halloween weekend arriving tomorrow—meaning, more Halloween parties!—we’re bound to see even more celebrity costumes make a cameo. Will Rihanna and A$AP Rocky do a couples costume, baby in tow? Will Heidi Klum outdo her iconic Jessica Rabbit getup from 2015? Only time will tell, so keep your eyes peeled and be sure to report back to this post as we update the best celebrity costumes of the year.

Below, more of this year’s best celebrity Halloween costumes.
