For an afternoon, the TRESemmé brand ambassador, along with Filipino hairstylists, rediscovered how you can express yourself through hair color transformations
Inside Uma Nota in Bonifacio Global City, the usual clinking of glasses and smooth jazz or funk music gave way to the hiss of hair sprays and the sweep of brushes. Industry pros gathered for the TRESemmé ProClass to introduce the brand’s new innovative range: Color Vibrancy System with AminoBond+, an exclusive event led by Thai Thai celebrity hairstylist Nasit Wankhwan, also known as Alexandul, whose work includes styling Miss Universe winners Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray.
The TRESemmé Color Vibrancy System with AminoBond+ is formulated to strengthen and repair color-treated hair while keeping it vibrant. It’s available in two variants: Anti-Face, ideal for colored hair and Purple Toning, ideal for light and bleached hair.
In partnership with Parlon, the TRESemmé ProClass was more than just a product showcase, it was a session on how color can influence energy, confidence, and personal style. Alexandul opened the workshop with a demonstration using the TRESemmé Color Vibrancy System, sharing both his technique and hair philosophy alongside top Filipino stylists like Lourd Ramos, JA Feliciano, Aries Manal, Renz Pangilinan, and Mark Anthony Rosales.
“I was fascinated by how a great haircut or color could transform someone’s look and confidence. Hair coloring drew me [in] because it felt like painting on [a] living canvas,” he shares on how he got his headstart in hairstyling.
Here are five insights from Alexandul on how to embrace vibrant hair hues and make it part of your everyday look:
Find confidence in color
Alexandul’s headstart in the industry began early, but it was color that truly captured his imagination. “I was fascinated by how a great haircut or color could transform someone’s look and confidence. The color drew me [in] because it felt like painting on [a] living canvas.”
For the Thai hairstylist, the right shade or hue doesn’t just enhance appearance, it also changes energy. He says that color is also personal, and when done right, it reflects exactly how you want to show up to the world.
Let feeling guide your look
Before recommending any shade, the TRESemmé brand ambassador starts by understanding how a client wants to feel. In his years of experience, he believes that hair isn’t just about trends, but about emotion and personality.
“I ask how they want to feel and not just how they want to look. I can learn about them and I can match their energy with the color,” shares the on how he can help clients achieve results that feel authentic.

There’s a shade for everyone
Hair coloring doesn’t have to be intimidating. From subtle tones to bold transformations, Alexandul believes there’s a way for anyone to wear it with ease. “Color can totally work for anyone. For me, I just find out the right shade and see that [it] fits their everyday life. Whether they want something full or highlights, it’s all about making it feel natural and easy to wear.”
Maintenance starts on day one
Alexandul believes that a successful hair transformation isn’t just about the salon moment, it’s what happens after. “My go-to secret is using the right product from the beginning. I always recommend the TRESemmé Color Vibrancy line for maintenance. It helps lock the hair and keep the hair looking fresh like how it looks when you got it from the salon.”

Express yourself without rules
At the heart of the TRESemmé ProClass was a shared message: don’t be afraid to experiment. Alexandul shares how color is no longer just for red carpets or editorial shoots, it’s a part of everyday beauty. “Just go for it. Bold color is all about expressing yourself. There is no right or wrong. Just start with the shade that you are excited about and trust the process.”
