In Pampanga, indulge in a series of thoughtfully crafted menus with bold international flavors in mind at Hann Resorts
Located in Pampanga, Hann Resorts in the Clark Freeport Zone is known as the locale’s “Culinary Capital.” It features 18 dining venues that offer both local and international cuisines among the resort’s 5-star hotels, Clark Marriott and Swissôtel Clark, offering a diverse dining experience.
“Food is always worth the trip,” says Clark Mariott executive chef Robert Czeschka, giving a glimpse into the thought process behind creating the menu among the diverse dining stops in the five-star Central Luzon hotel. “Every individual’s taste is different, but menu creation is like composing a song. You have to find the right notes and find that sweet spot for the individual,” Czeschka explains.
Smoki Moto

The outdoor seating area grants diners a view of the sunset over Zambales’ mountain range, adding to the dining experience’s overall appeal.
Wu Xing
Across the hotel lobby, Wu Xing serves traditional and modern Chinese specialties combining with an expertly curated selection of wines and teas with the Wood-Roasted Beijing Peking Duck served in five ways. Themed around the five elements are reflected in both the food and design with earthy hues and sophisticated finishes to provide a warm, welcoming ambiance.
Ristorante di Verona
In Ristorante di Verona, a Shakespeare-inspired restaurant offers a “fun dining” experience with a terrace overlooking the hotel’s pool while indulging in dishes like bruschetta con pomodorini e bottarga and porchetta. A diverse wine list and cocktails like the Princepessa enhance the dishes’ flavors.
Markt

Stations offer a variety of dishes: health-conscious fare at Orchard, Asian and Western barbecue at Grill, and an array of Italian and European pastries and waffles. The stained-glass ceiling and thematic décor create a nostalgic and vibrant atmosphere.
Since immersing themselves in the depth of Clark’s cuisine, Czeschka and Schuur underscore the significance of creativity in developing a menu that reflects the country’s unique flavors while aligning with Hann Resorts’ concepts. Schuur summarizes Pampanga’s local food culture: Schuur summarizes Pampanga’s local food culture: “I do believe that Hann Resorts is the culinary capital of Clark. They bring so much under one roof.
