Trunc’s celebration of women’s month aims to make every facet of fashion and beauty more accessible to every woman at heart

Throughout history, women have continued to make bold strides in the realm of fashion and beauty. Caresse Crosby invented the bra to combat the constricting design of corsets, while designers such as Mary Quant pursued innovations in trends, bringing the mini skirt to prominence in the early 60s. To this day, women continue to lead the charge as pioneers, with storied houses such as Charriol, Tory Burch, and Loewe being led by women that push the boundaries of fashion.

In celebration of women’s month, Trunc aims to commemorate the achievements of women in fashion while simultaneously making it more accessible to everyone. As an online, homegrown luxury space, Trunc holds a wide array of high fashion brands within its archives. This includes houses such as Bottega Venetta, Alexander Mcqueen, Burberry, Charriol, and many other clothing brands in its wake.

Apart from housing articles from the world of high fashion, the online retail space also features clothing in a diverse range of forms and functions. From the relaxed silhouettes of Sunday brunch outfits, the sleekness of cocktail party looks, to the flexibility of activewear, Trunc contains garments fit for any occasion. Alongside this, it also holds a number of accessories in the form of bags, jewelry, footwear, and watches to add depth to any outfit.

Under their PowderRoom subset, the shopping space contains brands such as Lush, Beauty Bar, and Marks & Spencer among other prominent lines. Another area of the shopping space is also titled “Trunc at Home,” which features furniture, stationary, and other home essentials.

For women’s month, the brand’s head of digital commerce Gen Oliva, hoped to commemorate the many milestones and achievements of women in the context of fashion. “At Trunc, we believe that women have the power to influence style trends that reflect their unique personalities, and Trunc is here to celebrate women’s role in making fashion in the Philippines inclusive, diverse, and accessible.”

Trunc is the country’s homegrown luxury space housing the world’s most coveted authentic brands. With quintessential home pieces and elevated fashion and beauty items, Trunc stands to luxuriate Filipino spaces.
