How To Watch The Gucci Spring/Summer 2023 Show

Alessandro Michele is showing Gucci Twinsburg, his latest collection for Gucci, during Milan Fashion Week.

Since Alessandro Michele’s appointment as Gucci’s creative director in 2015, the luxury brand made a triumphant resurgence. The fashion world embraced Michele’s campy glam aesthetic as well as his trailblazing directives including tapping some of Hollywood’s buzziest like Harry Styles, Jared Leto, Dakota Johnson, and Lee Jung-jae as ambassadors, and, most recently, paying homage to cinema’s greats with a Stanley Kubrick-inspired campaign. Gucci’s comeback—at least to the general population—was propelled even further by Ridley Scott’s 2021 film, House of Gucci, a fictionalized take on the Gucci family, brought to life by Adam Driver, Lady Gaga, Salma Hayek, and Leto, among others.

While the details about the upcoming Spring/Summer 2023 show, Gucci Twinsburg, to be shown during Milan Fashion Week on Friday, September 23, are scant, a teaser video on the label’s site shows a Rorschach test being administered—signaling a play on multitudes and realities, perhaps.

With most everything else a mystery, what viewers can expect is a swell of A-list attendees and models. For the Fall/Winter 2022 show last February, the likes of Rihanna, Serena Williams, and Chiara Ferragni were in attendance as Gucci unveiled its Adidas collaboration in Milan. While months prior, the label’s Spring/Summer 2022 Love Parade show in November 2021 was even more star-studded. Sienna Miller, Billie Eilish, Tracee Ellis Ross, Lizzo, and Gwyneth Paltrow were among the show’s attendees, with Paltrow even harkening back to her famous Gucci VMAs look in 1996. The catwalk, which occupied the stretch of Hollywood Boulevard, was equally packed with celebrities as long-time Gucci muse Leto, Jodie Turner-Smith, St Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers, and Home Alone’s Macaulay Culkin walked in Gucci looks.

If you want to catch Gucci Twinsburg, which is likely another unmissable show, watch the live stream below. The show starts at 8:30 p.m. (PST) tonight, September 23.
