Exactly 20 years to the day after Jennifer Lopez dropped her timeless album This Is Me… Then, the 53-year-old multi-hyphenate has shared that she will be back with a new album: This Is Me… Now. Announced on Instagram with a video that shows the superstar morph from one cover to the other, the record promises to reveal the “emotional, spiritual, and psychological journey she has taken over the past two decades.”

For the artist, it’s a true full-circle moment. The year she released This Is Me… Then, she had entered into a highly publicized relationship with Oscar-winner Ben Affleck (who proposed just before the album’s release), which took her to new heights of celebrity. The album was dedicated, in full, to him, and featured odes such as “Dear Ben,” “Baby I Love, U” and “I’m Glad.”

Just over a year later, though, they broke up, and went on to marry other people. But here we are again, two long decades later, in a brand-new Bennifer era—back together and married at last in a Las Vegas ceremony in June. The This Is Me… Now tracklist includes songs titled “Dear Ben Part II,” “Mad in Love,” and “Midnight Trip to Vegas.”

In her recent Vogue cover interview, Mrs. Affleck explained that, with this album, she wanted to set the record straight about her love life: “People think they know things about what happened to me along the way, the men I was with—but they really have no idea, and a lot of times they get it so wrong. There’s a part of me that was hiding a side of myself from everyone. And I feel like I’m at a place in my life, finally, where I have something to say about it.”
