Julia Nebrija is an urban strategist and advocate for liveable cities. She is the co-founder of a boutique consulting firm called Agile City Partners. She has also served as a consultant to the Philippine government and the World Bank, as well as the chief operating officer at the Philippine Japan Initiative for Clark. She is currently based in A Coruña, Spain.
She holds a Masters Degree from the City College of New York where she studied urban design.
