While reflecting on her career as a celebrity stylist, Quiñones shares how the LG Styler® fits into her clothing-care rituals, on set and at home

Through her years as a stylist, Vogue Philippines deputy editor Pam Quiñones has developed a deep appreciation for the clothes she works with. Early in her career, she learned to handle each piece with care, out of both professional respect and a personal admiration for their design and craftsmanship.

“I feel that there is such great value in having this strong relationship with what we wear. The clothes we wear are quite intimate to us; we tend to forget that [these are things] we put on our skin,”

In partnership with LG, Quiñones shares a glimpse of her relationship with fashion and clothing, the nuances of curating outfits, and how the LG Styler® Steam Closet has changed the way she prepares each look professionally and at home.

“I think what people don’t really know about styling is the amount of work that happens after the shoot,” says Quiñones. “It’s a long process of checking each piece; if nothing is stained, or there are sweat marks that need to be cleaned, a lot of that happens in a span of a few days.”

The Qurator creative director also says that the LG Styler has made preparing outfits easier with its hands-free steaming and assistive features, all without sacrificing her standard of care in the process.

“Instead of steaming pieces one by one, you can put them on different hangers and steam them as a group. There’s also a built-in EZ Fit PantsPress™ that is great for suiting trousers that would need to retain that tailored crease right in the middle,” she adds. Quiñones also highlights how the LG Styler® is ideal for the Philippines’ humid and rainy weather, acting as a dehumidifier with the press of a button, and alleviating the chances of developing molds and unwanted odors within her closets.

While she shares her experience with LG Styler® from a professional’s perspective, Quiñones also notes how the smart closet can make everyday dressing more thoughtful at home, in moments such as seeing a freshly pressed outfit ready for you to wear. “I see it as something that can upgrade everyone’s wardrobe. And if you’re on the go like me, the steaming closet saves you time to press your entire look. It allows you to give extra care to your clothes just the way a stylist does.”
