For the GMA Gala this year, Bea Alonzo continues to embrace timeless and elegant fashion.
Last year, Bea Alonzo graced the 2023 GMA Gala in custom AZ Factory couture by Norman René De Vera. She attended with her ex-fiancé Dominique Roque and celebrated the galaGalaA formal fundraising or celebratory event known for black-tie dress, high-fashion red-carpet looks, and elaborate dinners. Since then, many things have changed in her life, but her taste for timeless fashion remains.
This year, the actress is styled by Quarator Studio’s Pam Quiñones and Leanne Ledesma. “Conversation and collaboration are the most important elements in a stylist-museMuseA person who inspires a designer, photographer, or artist and often becomes the face or embodiment of their creative vision. “We presented her with a few ideas based on our first conversation, and she immediately clicked with this specific Alaïa dress we had in mind,” Quiñones shares. “This year was really a no-fuss approach and just the way Bea wanted her look to be.” With Alonzo being a fan of understated elegance, the sheer white Alaïa dress was a standout choice, winning the actress over with its silhouetteSilhouetteThe overall outline or shape of a garment or look, such as A-line, column, or hourglass. The pouf in particular is one of Alonzo’s favorite details, along with the turtleneck design and long sleeves. She finishes the look with white shoes and silver earrings, and her hair pulled back in a sleek bun. “The monochromatic color scheme gives this outfit a classic and timeless appeal, while the modern design elements suggest a blend of contemporary fashion and elegance,” she shares with Vogue Philippines. “The intricate detailing, delicate material, and flattering silhouetteSilhouetteThe overall outline or shape of a garment or look, such as A-line, column, or hourglass. The ensemble reflects how far Alonzo has come, both in her career and style. “When I was starting out as an actress, my style was more experimental and trend-driven,” Alonzo shares. “My style has become more refined, focusing on quality and timeless pieces that stand the test of time.”
