How can I participate in the event?

Access to Vogue Threads Manila 2024 can only be purchased online through Vogue Threads Manila Access

Once you have purchased your access package online, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a QR code within 2 – 3 days from the date of access purchase. Present the QR code upon registration at the event. Multiple access passes will be registered under one name.

What are the different access passes available?

There are three types of access passes available:

• Basic Access
• Standard Access
• Premium Access

Each pass guarantees access to all three event days. However, participation and seating at Vogue Talks will be based on the type of access purchased. 

Can I purchase multiple accesses under one transaction? 

Yes. Multiple access packages can be purchased under one transaction. You will receive unique QR codes for each access purchased. Participants who want access to Casting Call and Portfolio review are encouraged to purchase their own access. 

How do I receive my wristbands for the event?

Upon arrival on Day 1, access holders will be required to register by showing their QR code received by email. Each access pass will receive three wristbands, color-coded according to your access type (Basic, Standard or Premium). Wristbands are labeled for each respective day and all participants must wear the correct wristband for each day. Incorrect wristbands will not be allowed entry. 

Can I exit and re-enter the event on the same day?

Yes, re-entry is allowed, but you must wear your wristband at all times to gain access. Tampered wristbands will not be allowed re-entry.

Can I transfer my wristband to someone else?

No, wristbands are non-transferable. 

What happens if I lose my wristband?

Participants with lost wristbands will not be allowed entry to the event.

Can I get a refund on my access?

Access packages are non-refundable.

Can I bring food and drinks from outside the event venue?

No, we will not allow food and drinks to be brought in-venue, unless they were purchased or taken from one of the event’s food and drink concessionaires.

What is Portfolio Review?

The Portfolio Review invites aspiring creatives: photographers, fashion designers, stylists, illustrators, production designers and allied artists to be assessed by a mixed panel of Vogue Philippines editors and key industry leaders and professionals.

When is the portfolio review happening?

The Casting Call will take place on Day 1-2 of the event, November 20-21, 2024, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

How do I participate in the portfolio review?

1. Visit Vogue Threads Manila Access and purchase a Premium Access. On the product page, you will find “Submission Type” options below the “quantity” button. Under Submission Type, click on “Portfolio Review.”
2. Once you have clicked “Portfolio Review” on the Submission Type, an application form will appear below. Fill in all the information and upload the requested files.
3. Once the form is complete. Click on the “Buy It Now” button to check out and confirm your slot to the portfolio review and your access to Vogue Threads Manila.
4. Once you have fulfilled payment at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your access purchase.
5. From the date of application submission and access purchase, the panel will be screening all portfolio review applications, and they will be assigning the appropriate panelist and timeslot. All submissions are guaranteed a timeslot with a panelist.
6. You will receive an email from our team on or before November 18 confirming the details for your one-on-one portfolio review session. The email will contain information on your timeslot and assigned panelist, as well as how to prepare for your November 21 or 22 Portfolio Review session.

Can I purchase a portfolio review-only access?

No, there is no portfolio review-only access. To participate, you must have a valid access for the event, which grants you access to all three days, including the portfolio review on Days 1-2.

What should I bring or prepare for the portfolio review?

Come prepared for your physical portfolio review. Make sure to bring any materials or portfolios needed to showcase your talents and skills.

Is there a time limit for the portfolio review?

You will be given a schedule for your slot. Please arrive 20-30 minutes earlier than your schedule. 

Can I edit my portfolio review form after submitting it?

Once your portfolio review form is submitted during the access purchase process, it cannot be edited. Make sure all the details are accurate before submission.

Will I get follow-up opportunities from the portfolio review?

While some portfolio reviews can lead to opportunities, it’s not guaranteed. The primary purpose is to get feedback to improve your work.

How can I get an access pass to Vogue Talks?

Purchase your Standard or Premium Access at Vogue Threads Manila Access. You may expect to receive a QR code via email within 2-3 days from the date of access purchase. Present this email upon registration at the event. Proceed to the Vogue Talks hall in the event venue. 

Do I have a reserved seat at Vogue Talks?

Vogue Talks will have a section allotted separately for Premium Access holders and Standard Access holders. There will be a free seating system. All Premium Access holders may sit in any of the seats in the Premium section, while all Standard Access holders may sit in any of the seats assigned to the Standard section.

How can I get an access pass to the Vogue Experiences, Exhibition, and/or Networking Party?

Purchase a Basic, Standard, or Premium Access at Vogue Threads Manila Access. You may expect to receive a QR code via email within 2-3 days from the date of access purchase. Present this email upon registration at the event.
