In letting her entrepreneurial career serve as the means to fulfill her passions, Consing now looks to shift her focus to making time for the things that matter most

It didn’t take a career as an entrepreneur for Princess Angelica Consing to know she had to work for the passions she now leads today, as even in childhood, she was already buying and selling goods at bazaars and making business deals while meeting school deadlines. “Entrepreneurship has always been part of my mindset. I grew up believing it was the path to achieving my dreams,” shares the business owner.

From making her start as an IT consultant to owning a construction firm, swimwear brand, and healthspan clinic, the business owner now looks to reflect on the opportunities it has given her outside of work and the lessons that helped her become who she is today.

“Each venture I’ve built reflects a mix of strategy, passion, and timing,”

“Rhodium688 Builders Inc. is where we spend most of our time. It’s our bread and butter and the very foundation of everything else We’ve pursued.”

In building upon the growth of her construction firm alongside her husband, the CEO then looked to the industries that resonate in her personal interests, whether that’s through her Agua Brazillian Swimwear brand or through Rhodium Regenerative Center Inc.

“The healthspan clinic is a passion project with my partners. We’re all advocates for wellness and longevity, so it felt natural to build something meaningful in that space,” she adds. And as eclectic as her ventures may be, Consing shares that it’s all intentional, claiming that when put together, “they reflect who I am: curious, driven, and always open to the next great idea.”

In amassing her catalogue of industries, however, the mother of two then reflects on the challenges of finding balance not only in her work, but in the time spent with her family and her inner-self.

“Balance is something I’m constantly working on. It’s never perfect, and I’ve learned to be at peace with that,” she shares. “And though I see golf and travel as my forms of therapy and needed ‘resets’, becoming a mom of two has taught me to be even more intentional with my time. I plan around what matters most, and I’ve let go of the idea that I have to do everything at once.”

Looking ahead, Consing hopes that the next generation could find fulfillment in steady growth and within themselves, believing that there’s no need to follow old models of power to do so. “It’s easy to get caught up in the aesthetics of being a ‘girl boss,’ but real success comes from the work that you do behind the scenes. Be patient with your growth, and bet on yourself because the only way to fail is to never have tried at all.”
