Theo Wenner captures a wardrobe in motion for Longchamp’s Fall-Winter 2025 collection
You can hear the sea before you even see it. And then, the call of a seagull pierces through just as the deep blue view meets you. Amid the windswept greenery of the English coastline, visual artist Theo Wenner lenses a wardrobe in motion for Longchamp’s Fall-Winter 2025 collection.
In his second project with Longchamp, Wenner continues the narrative of a wardrobe in motion, capturing the attitude and style of the Longchamp woman with a nostalgic pastoral landscape as the backdrop. His signature use of natural light infuses the series with an authentic spirit. And following the “Live Green!” campaign, his eye for beauty and adventure inspires a return to the simplicity of leisure in the outdoors.
“Theo Wenner has the talent to make movement palpable in his images. He creates connections with the elements of nature and plays with our gaze, inviting us to look beyond the garment and the accessory. I love this approach, which is at once aesthetic and authentic”
Longchamp Artistic Director Sophie Delafontaine
From the textures of the garments to the color palette that tints the entire collection, every element of the campaign is an ode to the breathtaking beauty of the English coastline that Wenner romanticizes through his lens. The heroines of Wenner’s film are a mix of familiar and new faces. Ambassadors and friends of the Maison, Kim Sejeong and Li Yitong, return to collaborate with Wenner once again, while Austrian fashion model Greta Hofer joins as a new addition to this collection, infusing fresh energy into their dynamic.
Each of them are wrapped in the comforting warmth of wool coats or duffle-coats with ultra-soft shearling collars. The rich ochre, brilliant scarlet, and soft cream colors of these coats shift and move along in poise with each heroine’s step. Meanwhile, their Le Roseau bags in tow are a true companion that lends an effortless punctuation to their silhouettes.
A subtle mineral palette of olive, chestnut brown, frosted cream, and tea rose lends a gentle touch to these pieces, embodying a refined sophistication at the crossroads of Parisian elegance and London’s urban energy.
At the heart of Wenner’s films for this campaign is not just the charm of the collection or the women on their own, but it is also the intrepid energy of the landscape that ties them all together. When the heroine looks out into the expanse of the sea, the wind whips, her coats envelop her, and the tide turns with a promise of new adventures.
