This season, the French luxury house showcases its newest collection of gifts to give to each of your loved ones.
A season of affection and appreciation, the month of February is known for its celebration of love in all its forms. Among love’s different languages, the one that is often spoken the most during Valentine’s day is the act of “gift giving.” Though it is not everyone’s preferred expression of endearment, a token, whether big or small, does not go unnoticed.
For Valentine’s day 2024, Louis Vuitton unveils its newest collection of gifts, ranging from bags, to accessories, and scents. The House’s newest selection of unisex gifts are centered around a series of four themes – Romantic Symphony, Sweet Surprises, Dandy Essentials and Sport & Lifestyle. Accompanied by romantic letters, an intimate dinner, and a bouquet of flowers, Louis Vuitton provides a curated selection of Valentine’s gifts for him and her this season of love.
Nano Speedy
A playful remix of the “Speedy Bag”, the Nano Speedy is a miniature version of one of the House’s signature travel bags. In comparison to the deep-brown of its predecessor, the Valentine’s iteration of the bag is colored in a bright, pastel-pink Vernis Leather. It features the Louis Vuitton monogram embossed into its surface, and a gold chain and zipper embellished with heart-shaped charms throughout its handle.
LV Signature Cap
The LV Signature Cap continues to play into the House’s more upbeat and lively direction for its newest themed collection. Crafted in a base made of pure cotton, the cap is highlighted by a crown that is embroidered with Louis Vuitton’s initials in a vibrant pink, contrasting with its baby blue construction.
Flower Carafe
Louis Vuitton’s Flower Carafe serves as an ideal complement to any bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day. The glass container had been hand-crafted by Venetian artisans in Murano, who have sculpted a bas-relief version of the Monogram flower and engraved “Louis Vuitton Paris” within its base.
LV Rush Sneaker
For the couple on the go, the LV Rush Sneaker is a pair of footwear inspired by a blend of vintage boxing wear and running shoes. Designed by the current creative director for womenswear, Nicolas Ghesquière, the new sneaker was made in a more angular construction, with sharp honed edges across its suede and leather upper.
Météore
Louis Vuitton’s Météore is a fragrance that serves as a fitting companion for a date, whether for an exclusive dinner reservation, or an outdoor picnic. The scent features a balanced blend of both cool and spicy tones, with the Sicilian mandarin as its main base. Apart from its more subdued notes of vetiver and bergamot, the fragrance also boasts of more high-energy elements, with three different kinds of peppers in black, Sichuan, and pink respectively.
MNG Row Bracelet
The bracelet is made of a polished, silver metal that is highlighted by LV emblems and Monogram flowers embedded into its chain links. The House’s initials are also delicately etched into its clasp, with a streamlined silhouette that can go with a variety of ensembles.
Victorian Wallet
A piece designed in an envelope-style construction, the Victorine Wallet is enveloped in the Empreinte leather embossed in an all-over Monogram print. Apart from its aesthetics, its interior is also spacious enough to accommodate a significant number of items, including card slots, bill pockets, and a zippered coin compartment on its side.
