Breathing new life into its physical spaces, Ayala Land Premier’s latest campaign redefines the concept of living within a home
Through the laughter of children, the warmth of shared meals, and the quiet moments of reflection, our homes provide us a sense of comfort that is intrinsically tied to who we are. Our living spaces grow alongside us, and share in the same memories we experience at different life stages and events. These themes are central to the narrative of the short film titled “Where Memories are For Keeps”, which calls toward a reimagining of the concept of home.
The short film follows a couple’s relationship developed over the course of their lifetime, from their early dating stages, to family life, and eventual retirement. Throughout its imagery, Ayala Land Premier focuses on how the human experience can breathe new life into the static, physical spaces we call home.
Alongside its symbolisms, the film also sought to highlight the developments of the group throughout its wide expanse of locations.
As part of the diverse portfolio of Ayala Land Premier, Arbor Lanes and Gardencourt Residences both located in Arca South are characterized by their green terraces that contrast against Taguig’s urban jungle. Both projects feature tree wells that are scattered throughout the landscape, while the latter, in living up to its name, is a series of five cascading towers with a surrounding garden court. Apart from its greenery, the two locations are highlighted by its accessibility to the surrounding thoroughfares, with plans to develop the pair through providing open spaces and more walkable environments. These developments emphasize convenience, cancer-care facilities and Landers being already present, while office spaces and other commercial centers planned to be unveiled in the near future.
The second featured living space is the Parklinks North and South Towers, that are located in Quezon and Pasig city respectively. Similarly to Ayala Land Premier’s other properties, the two towers were developed with a more environmentally-conscious future in mind. The two towers are interconnected to parks and green spaces, and are woven into an array of retail, office, and leisure spots that are designed for pedestrian-access, serving as an access point for different key locations across the Ayala Land master-planned estate.
Nestled within the Davao Gulf, The Residences at Azuela Cove is a two-tower suite that has a direct view of the surrounding sea. The seaside residence is highlighted by its privacy, while still being nearby the cityscape alongside Azuela High Street, which holds a series of restaurants and establishments for leisurely visits. The sustainable mixed-used estate is also defined as Ayala Land’s first waterside community in Davao that was developed in partnership with the Alcantara family. All of its residential units feature scenic views of Samal Island and the Davao Gulf, while also being in close proximity to the Davao international airport for ease of travel as well.
