Hann Resorts introduces Hann Reserve, a nature-led lifestyle estate with golf courses, wellness amenities, and residential communities.

Hann Resorts is expanding its footprint in the Philippines with the introduction of Hann Reserve, a 450-hectare eco-luxury lifestyle estate set within the evolving landscape of New Clark City. The project was formally introduced during a media briefing held at Manila House, where Hann Group executives shared updates on the company’s growing portfolio of hospitality and real estate developments.

Leading the briefing were Agnes “Neki” Liwanag and Tim Neil, who outlined the brand’s broader vision of integrated lifestyle destinations that combine hospitality, leisure, and nature-based experiences.

The new development builds on the foundation established by Hann Casino Resort, the group’s flagship property located in Clark Freeport Zone. The 11-hectare resort integrates international hotels, dining concepts, retail outlets, and entertainment spaces into a single destination designed for both travelers and local communities.

A recent expansion of the resort introduced a new gaming area spanning 1.2 hectares, adding hundreds of slot machines and additional table games within a space designed to evoke the layered formations of natural canyons. Warm earth tones, textured stone finishes, and ambient lighting create an environment that feels open and immersive rather than enclosed.

Within the expansion is The Canyon, a lifestyle space envisioned as a gathering point that shifts throughout the day, operating as a coffee destination during daylight hours before transitioning into a café-winery at night. New dining concepts were also introduced, including Three Woks, which highlights East Asian cuisines, and The Pearl, an intimate dining venue within the VIP gaming area.

For Hann Resorts, Hann Reserve represents the next stage of the company’s long-term development strategy. “Building on what we have achieved in Clark, Hann Reserve represents the next phase of our growth; one that is grounded in sustainability, long-term planning, and a deep understanding of place,” said Liwanag during the briefing.

The development is designed as a nature-led estate that balances built environments with open landscapes. Instead of reshaping the land, the masterplan aims to preserve natural contours and outdoor spaces while integrating wellness amenities, educational institutions, and residential communities into the estate.

A central element of Hann Reserve’s concept is its golf program, which will feature three championship courses designed by Jack Nicklaus’ firm Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Nick Faldo. The estate will also include a training and education hub developed in partnership with the PGA of America, which will house a PGA Performance Center and PGA Village aimed at supporting athlete development and coaching.

According to Neil, the project is intended to expand the country’s presence in the regional golf landscape while creating a destination that appeals to both professional players and lifestyle travelers.

“Something we always talk about internally is that we’re not here to replicate. We’re here to reinvent,” he said. “We’re trying to create quality golf at the highest level, with something for multiple groups of consumers, whether that’s wellness, the PGA Village, or three courses of a standard that isn’t currently available, not just in the Philippines, but also in Southeast Asia.”

With the first phases of Hann Reserve scheduled to open in March, the project marks a new chapter in Hann Resorts’ expansion, positioning New Clark City as an emerging hub for leisure, tourism, and large-scale lifestyle estates in the region.
