And that’s wrap on Paris Fashion WeekFashion WeekA series of seasonal events where designers debut their latest collections, setting the tone for upcoming fashion trends and showcasing creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation across the global fashion industry.Go to Fashion Week Glossary! This evening, in the City of Light, Louis Vuitton’s spring 2027 show closed out Fashion Month—and designer Nicolas Ghesquière brought out an A-list crowd of VIPs to end things with a bang. In attendance at the buzzy presentation were house ambassadors such as Saoirse Ronan, Emma Stone, Lisa, and of course, Zendaya, who delivered one of the boldest statement looks of the night. (Because you can always count on Z.)
Is there anything Zendaya (and stylist Law Roach) can’t pull off? The answer is no. Take the mounds of ruffles she wore and somehow made look totally effortless. The star donned a white lace top with a voluminous ruffled trim along the neckline and cuffs—and to make it feel less theatrical, she paired it with a nonchalant white tank top and straight-leg jeans, and her signature pointy pumps.
If her outfit feels, familiar, well, that’s because it is: Zendaya was first spotted in the ruffled top back in July. The star donned it with a white lace gown when Zendaya attended The Odyssey premiere in Paris. (Both pieces were by Vuitton.) To us, then, the latest outfit for the show today served as a more casual interpretation of it. By swapping the full-on dress for a tank and jeans, she made the top feel entirely new and effortless.
It’s not the first time Zendaya has re-worn a striking piece on the red carpetRed CarpetThe ceremonial walkway at premieres, award shows, and galas where public figures pose for photographers in their most carefully chosen looks. Red-carpet fashion launches trends, fuels designer visibility, and generatesGo to Red Carpet Glossary, either. Remember her The Drama press tour, when she recycled her 2015 ivory Oscars gown by Vivienne Westwood? The star is clearly not afraid to revive a piece from her closet—and when they look this good, we can’t blame her. Besides, when you have as many fashion wins as her, why not wear them more than once? It’s all in the new creative styling approaches to them. And as proven tonight, she’s aced it. One Instagram user wrote it best: “Her next outfit is always the best.”
