The Prada Spring/Summer 2023 fashion show was held this Thursday, September 22, in Milan. While a handful of star-studded guests took their seats in the front row, the presence of the singer of the K-pop group Twice, Sana, created hysteria.

The frenzy around Korean pop is spreading to the fashion scene. After NCT Dream’s Jeno, the first K-pop star to open a show at New York Fashion Week for Peter Do, followed by Dahyun from Twice at Michael Kors, it was Sana who was under the spotlight at the Prada show. At the entrance of the show and on social networks, fans were in a frenzy. Twice, the group she is part of, with multiple hits—”Likey,” “Talk that Talk,” or “Fancy,” to name a few—is one of the most popular girl bands in Asia and the first to top the Billboard global album chart. The Japanese singer is also a fashion icon, as evidenced by the series of videos she made for Vogue Korea in which she wore the Prada Spring/Summer 2022 collection. The brand has always had a soft spot for K-pop and seems to be under the spell of Sana, some rumors even say that she could become the next muse of the fashion house.
