In case you hadn’t heard, it’s a horse girl summer. Forget Brat green, clear your mind of balletcore, it’s all about cowboy cosplay this year. Leading the tassel-strewn charge is Bella Hadid and her most committed accessory yet: a real-life cowboy boyfriend. Enter Adan Banuelos, described by Google simply as “Cowboy”, the prize-winning horse trainer is the man behind Bella’s transformation from West Coast pilates princess to full-time Yellowstone-style romantic. I guess you could say… this isn’t his first rodeo.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans will remember Bella’s early equestrian leanings but in the two years since she began dating Banuelos, her off-duty style has shifted from her favourite Depop finds (think Miss Sixty denim and trophy handbags) to leather waistcoats, low-slung lace-up jeans and, yes, cowboy boots.
