Finders Keepers Market’s Locale Summerfest
This month, Finders Keepers and Merkado Market bring 20 homegrown Filipino brands together for the first run of Locale Summerfest on May 4 to 5 (10 AM to 6 PM) at the Frabelle Corporate Plaza. The summerfest will feature brands such as Asa Apparel, Beyond Collective, Elska Atelier, Films by Candid, and The Owl Duo. Attendees can also join the Pottery Handbuilding and Painting Workshop by Sinta Ceramics on May 5, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Odd Garage’s Summer Pop-Up
For one day only, Odd Garage will have its Summer Pop Up this May 18 (1PM to 7 PM) at Odd Cafe, Makati. There, fashion enthusiasts can browse vintage, reworked, repurposed, and branded pre-loved pieces from Instagram thrift shops and independent sellers. A portion of the proceeds will also be given to I Support the Girls Manila, a charity organization that offers feminine care to Filipinos in need, and Caritas Manila, a nonprofit organization geared towards human development, poverty alleviation, and the creation of a Christian community.
Salo Salo’s Days In The Sun
On May 18 and 19 (12NN to 8 PM), Salo Salo will enjoy their Days in the Sun at Balay Kobo. The two-day market will feature clothing brands such as Anca, Our Paraiso, Russian Breakfast, and Suot, and will also be having food, music, and a photobooth for keepsakes. Crafty attendees can also attend a summer jewelry making workshop by Baby Spice Jewels, and a Plate & Mug Painting Workshop by Reine So Pottery.
PUP-up Market at HUB Make Lab
At HUB Make Lab in Escolta, fun awaits beloved pets with the PUP-up Market by Bork! X Wooftop this May 25 (10 AM to 6 PM). Inside the First United Building, dogs and dog owners can enjoy a pet market featuring local brands, an adoption drive with the Kuna Foundation, a free photobooth session by Ligaya Studios, free treats from The PUP-UP Bistro, a live pet portrait, and a Tutas of Manila exhibit viewing.
Laufey: A Night at the Symphony with Manila Philharmonic Orchestra 2024 (May 28-29, 8PM)
For a night of jazz and pop, witness Laufey’s special performance with the Philharmonic Orchestra this May 28 and 29 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Plenary Hall.
