What June 2026 Has In Store For You Based on Your Rising Sign

Hello friends, we are stepping into the middle of the year, and the movements of the planets and the stars are pulling us in different directions. Here is a quick breakdown of the major transits approaching us in June 2026.

On the very first day of the month, Mercury, the planet of communication and logic, moves into nurturing Cancer. We could be feeling more intuitive and more nurturing in our words and actions. Communication could also get a little more emotional. Let’s use this transit to take care of each other and our mental states.

And then on June 9th, a most auspicious transit: the two benefic planets are meeting up in Cancer. Venus is the planet of beauty, femininity, love, and justice. Jupiter is the planet of bounty: whatever it touches expands. In Cancer, these two planets expound on emotional fulfillment and nourishment. This is great. We could all use some great news and comfort these days. Maximize the luck that this day brings: pitch that passion project, ask that person out, just do the thing that you’ve always wanted to but were always scared of. This is a great time to be with loved ones, the people who feel healing to your soul. This is a great opportunity to be that kind of person to someone, too. 

On June 13, Venus departs Cancer and moves into Leo. This transit gives main character energy. Romanticize your life! Buy yourself fresh flowers, gladly accept the compliments going your way, and be generous with your positive energy. Venus in Leo is empowered, confident, creative, and heart-centered. I hope we bask in these energies and absorb all that we can.

A couple of days later, on June 15th, we will have a New Moon in Gemini. New Moons are dark, moonless nights, perfect for planting energetic seeds. This is a potent time to write about your new ideas or connections. I always advocate for listing down what you want to manifest during new moons, but especially during this one. Gemini is a fast-paced energy; it also rules over communication. Uranus, the planet of liberation, sudden awakenings, and surprises, is also in Gemini. It is most possible for the abstract to turn into the physical quicker with transits like these. Write your list of manifestations in the present tense, as if they are already happening. Be specific but also realistic. When it comes to manifesting, how and where do you want to meet the universe halfway? 

On June 20, the asteroid Chiron, also called “The Wounded Healer,” enters Taurus. Chiron triggers. Chiron points to your wounds and possibly even pokes at them. If you’ve noticed that you’ve been struggling with issues around the themes of identity and self-assertion for the past 7 years or so, it is because Chiron was in Aries. It prompted us to accept ourselves the way we truly are, not according to others’ expectations. It taught us how to step into life with more courage and self-acceptance. As Chiron steps into Taurus, we may find ourselves with a different set of struggles and worries. But these also come with new revelations.

For every wound, there is a balm. Chiron in Taurus will have us questioning our self-worth and security. Stability is something we will crave. Hopefully, through it all, we will untether our sense of worth to things that do not truly matter. What remains in the end is what is most important: our core. When our core is stable, nothing will shake us so much anymore. When we know our worth and our value, we will be unafraid to ask for what we deserve and so much more. Remember that the universe is abundant, and it will always share with those who are truly open to receiving. But first, let go of what you are clinging so tightly to so that you may have your hands free to receive.

In the early hours of June 30, Mercury goes retrograde in Cancer. This is a time to review more emotional issues–perhaps regarding family or a maternal figure, possibly also emotional baggage we’ve been carrying for so long. This could be a time of miscommunication and delay. We could also be triggering each other’s sensitivities. 

That same day, in the afternoon, Jupiter finally enters Leo. This is one of the more significant transits of the year, and it extends to July 2027. Expansion happens around themes of learning and/or teaching. You could also find yourself writing more, perhaps even communicating more with your community and/or siblings. You could also find yourself traveling more domestically.

Cancer Rising

There is an expansion in your house of money and values. There is potential for more money to come in, partly because Jupiter will be activating more confidence in your worth. When you know your value, you can claim more. Be careful of overspending during this transit.

This could be a more extroverted time for you. You could be gaining more connections and meeting new people. A great time to check if the people you surround yourself with vibrate on the same frequency as you. This is a time of goal alignment: are your dreams still synced to the person you want to be?

Scorpio Rising
