Wawi Navarroza is an award-winning Filipina contemporary artist whose work has been displayed in several exhibitions worldwide, including the National Museum of the Philippines, National Gallery of Singapore, Singapore Art Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Manila, and other museums and galleries in Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Laos, London, Spain, Italy, Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Netherlands, and Slovakia.
She is the founder of Thousandfold, a contemporary photography platform and the first photobook library in Manila. She has also published two books, namely “DOMINION” and “Hunt & Gather, Terraria.”
She studied communications arts at the De La Salle University, and later sought further studies at the International Center of Photography in New York City. She obtained her Masters in Contemporary Photography at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Madrid, Spain.
