Patrick Kasingsing is the founder and editor-in-chief of Kanto. He is also the founder and moderator of Brutalist Pilipinas and Modernist Pilipinas. Prior to this, he previously served as a group creative director at One Mega Group where he handled the titles: BluPrint, Condo Living, MyHome, Appetite, and Travel Now. He also held editorial positions at other publications, including adobo Magazine. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Ateneo de Manila University where he studied information design.

With its bare concrete walls and distinctive geometric lines and shapes, the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) is intimidating at first glance. Its history is equally as intimidating; historical and cultural moments happened within its walls, such as the COMELEC Canvassing of the Presidential Snap Election in 1986, the 1994 Miss Universe pageant, and the 2017 ASEAN Summits.
