Maria Luisa Frisa is a theorist, curator, and professor at the IUAV University of Venice. She is the founder of the university's fashion design and multimedia arts program.
She has published the books "Le forme della moda" (Il Mulino, 2015), "Desire and Discipline: Designing Fashion at Iuav" (Marsilio, 2016), and "Bellissima."
