Congratulations seem to be in order for Zendaya and Tom Holland. On the red carpet at the 2026 SAG Actor Awards on Sunday night, Zendaya’s longtime image architect, Law Roach, suggested that the two had married: “The wedding’s already happened! You missed it!” he trilled. (Asked for comment, Zendaya’s team did not reply.)
Red carpet reveals are a bit of a tradition for Zendaya and Holland. The news of their engagement came out a year ago at the Golden Globes, when Zendaya walked the red carpet in a custom burnt orange Louis Vuitton gown and a sparkling bezel-set east-west diamond ring on that finger. It was later confirmed by the couple’s camp that, yes, they were engaged; the ring was designed by London-based jeweler Jessica McCormack and quickly made the east-west style a major bridal trend.
The couple first met on the set of 2016’s Spider-Man: Homecoming—but they weren’t linked romantically until five years later, in 2021. “We were both very, very young, but my career was already kind of going, and his changed overnight,” Zendaya told Vogue of Holland’s star turn as the Marvel superhero. “I definitely watched his life kind of change in front of him.” They now divide their time between London and Los Angeles.
A wedding wasn’t the only big event the couple had on their schedules for 2026. They also both star in Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated take on The Odyssey (Zendaya as Athena and Holland as Telemachus), out this summer.
In the final days of 2025, Zendaya was spotted with the uber-trending bixie cut, which led fans to start speculating that she and Holland were already married. The chatter continued in February, when she stepped out in Los Angeles wearing a delicate gold band on her ring finger.
