With a variety of influences, Singapore’s food scene is as diverse as they come. Explore five unique dining experiences at Hilton Singapore Orchard

A quick mention of Singapore may inevitably bring up the subject of food. Known for its chili crab, laksa, char kway teow, kaya toast, and Hokkien Mee, the influences in its cuisine are brimming with Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, and even Western flavors. These are translated into Michelin-starred restaurants, hawker stalls, and zi char joints (casual diners).

The country is a foodie destination without a doubt, but visitors can also find this culinary diversity within the Hilton Singapore Orchard. The 1,080-room hotel, at the heart of Orchard Road, is the largest Hilton hotel in the Asia-Pacific region. It exemplifies the best the brand has to offer, pairing luxurious stays with vibrant food and beverage options inspired by both old and new Singapore.

The hotel’s five curated culinary concepts offer inviting environments perfect for meaningful connections and experiencing local culture.

Estate

Inspired by past colonial residences, Estate combines Singapore’s historical heritage with modern influences. Elegant colonnades and black-and-white marble walkways lead guests to various dining rooms and residential-style open kitchens. Its stand-out feature? An all-day buffet with expansive selections for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.

The Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch is a highlight with a new curated concept, including themed live kitchens such as a cold seafood bar and a Texas Hill Country-inspired Barbecue station, free-flowing champagne, and family-friendly and kids activities. There are several kiosks for a gastronomic adventure, such as an artisanal cheese and charcuterie station, a dessert spread featuring Crispy Mochi Waffles with Summer Peaches and à la minute banana crêpe with house-made Botanique en Fleurs 68% dark chocolate, and a fusion of traditional and modern Asian dishes, a tempura station, and a Japanese bar.

The selections are inclusive and diverse featuring an all-day breakfast and Estate Brunch signatures such as Shakshuka, a twist on Eggs Benedict’s traditional hollandaise with Korean Gochujang sauce, seafood fare including Fine de Claire, Maine lobsters, snow crab legs, and scallops.

Not to be missed is its Seafood and Wine Buffet, available on Fridays and Saturday nights, which invites you to partake in premium seafood offerings, smokey barbeques, and free-flow wines.

Ginger.Lily

Inside Hilton Singapore Orchard is a botanical-inspired lounge and bar designed with airy double-height ceilings and cathedral-inspired glass panels. By day, Ginger.Lily is a serene space offering an elegant afternoon tea experience – Teatime Soiree, a refined fusion of French flair and Japanese artistry.
